Region Örebro County implemented the system in less than 4 weeks

In just four weeks, we have successfully implemented Bemlo's procurement system. Now, the entire region is not only up and running but also fully equipped to operate according to the new national agreement and its requirements.

Region Örebro län implemented Bemlo in just under 4 weeks. The implementation included training for administrators and department managers, as well as support for managers and suppliers, synchronization of the organizational structure and users, and the setup of agreements in the system. The key to an effective implementation was good communication and proactivity from both Bemlo and the region. The process began with both parties agreeing on an implementation plan, which was closely followed during the implementation. This way, quick action could be taken if any process took longer than planned.
