Danderyd Hospital is one of Sweden's largest emergency hospitals and the largest maternity hospital in Northern Europe. They provide university-level healthcare with education and research on the most common public diseases and offer specialized care mainly focused on internal medicine, cardiology, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, as well as surgery and urology. Danderyd Hospital has been using our internal pool system for a little over 24 months and fills approximately 46,000 vacant shifts annually through the system across all hospital departments and clinics.

Since implementation, they have increased the placement of internal staff by 25%, while reducing the use of external staffing. The system has also reduced the time spent on the booking process by 75%. Overall, Danderyd Hospital's use of our system and an internal staffing center results in an annual savings of 13,000,000 SEK in personnel costs (based on an average hourly employee salary of 32,000 SEK/month, the cost of external personnel at around 600 SEK/hour, and the staffing center consisting of five coordinators).
